a supporter of veganism and vegans who is not yet fully vegan.

Be as vegan as possible

Try to make each meal, visit to the grocery store, and order at a restaurant as vegan as it can be.

Use your influence

You can donate money or your skills or services to vegan organizations; write articles about carnism; ask your local grocery stores or restaurants to carry more vegan options; petition to get your school cafeteria to provide vegan foods; and more.
